Description

We have all experienced stress at some point during our day to day life. It can be brought on by a myriad of reasons whether it is in the workplace or in our personal life. In the workplace employees at all levels can feel stressed out, anxious, and misunderstood. In our personal life the stresses can be even greater due to finances, family and responsibility.

There are two types of stress, positive and negative, the key is to maximise the positive stress and to minimise the negative stress. This session will concentrate on how you deal with stress, after all it is a personal emotion.

Key takeaways:
• Understanding Stress
• It’s All About You

Guest Speaker : Mr Vigneswaran Applasamy

Vigneswaran Applasamy has been involved in lecturing, research, management, sales and training for more than 14 years in the field of Engineering, Manufacturing sector, Higher Education, Sales and Marketing. He is a Certified HRDF Trainer. In addition, he has been accredited by Harisson Assessment in Employee Development.

The latest knowledge that the brain isn’t hardwired but is “neuroplastic”, which means you can rewire your brain to enhance your emotional, psychological and physical wellbeing requires one to accept a totally new reality which includes a viewpoint of the Mind-Body as not separate entities.

Incorporating this new paradigm of thought into his trainings enabled participants to overcome their shortcomings and embrace a new reality by cutting through several layers of mental resistance.
