Taking a naturopathic and holistic approach, Kara McNabb will explore reasons why these symptoms may be showing up for you with a focus on the endocrine system, including the thyroid and adrenals.

You’ll learn signs that indicate an imbalance in the endocrine system, along with what you can do to feel less stressed and less anxious, from food, herbs and practices to incorporate into your lifestyle.
