Stressed out? Anxious? Feel like your high stress level impacts your academics, your relationships, your life? Come learn practical strategies for how to manage your stress from our special guests, the UCSD Wellness Peer Educators. These college students are specially trained and well-versed in how to develop and practice healthy ways to deal with stress and anxiety. Join us for an interactive workshop during period 5, Wednesday, April 25th. To register, you must be an MC student, either off roll 5th or have parent and teacher and parent permission to miss 5th period that day. See Mrs. Bronson with questions.
