About Scott D. Seymour
Scott is an independent investment professional and founder of Great Scott Financial. He has been serving clients in over 20 states for 15 years. Scott develops investment portfolios and fi nancial plans for individual clients and small business owners. Scott holds a
B.S. in biology and chemistry. He has also completed extensive coursework in financial planning, asset management and insurance, since leaving the science fi eld in 1997. He is affiliated with an independent broker dealer and investment advisory firm.

AAII Portland Chapter
American Association of Individual Investors is an independent, non-profit organization offering resources to anyone who wishes to learn about investing. The Portland Metro chapter holds general meetings six times a year (Jan/Mar/May/Jul/Sep/Nov), usually on the second Saturday. We invite speakers from academia and industry to discuss every aspect of investing.
