60 minutes webinar that improves the participant’s abilities and skills to deal with and manage pressure at work by using strategies that helps the participant to monitor and maintain workplace performance.

The webinar combines presentation, learning exercise, interactive discussions, and questions and answers session.

The webinar will enable each participant to understand the subject area, gain insight and techniques, identify specific actions, and develop personal strategies, tactics and actions.
