Course Description: We will discuss the difference between working in new construction arena versus general sales to include working with a partner, communicating effectively with the seller, builder, and general contractor. Provide specific ideas to market the community. Learn to determine the type of buyer and how to work effectively with co-op agents, buyers, loan officers, contractors, vendors, appraisers. Provide strategies to manage time and projects at the same time.

Owner of Juwai Real Estate Academy, Bridgette has a career spanning from banking and finance to real estate and was one of the first and youngest female Vice Presidents in real estate for a national restaurant chain. She left her corporate career to pursue entrepreneurial endeavors working in real estate sales, new construction, commercial and property management. Using her experience and love for people, she is a corporate trainer and professional speaker. She has taught hundreds of agents and continues to share her love to educate, empower, inspire and ignite change in those who take her courses, workshops, webinars, and training sessions or as a keynote speaker. She uses the same methods to assist buyers, sellers, investors, builders, developers and banks with seamless real estate transactions. Bridgette was the former Director of the Luxury division and the only appointed trainer for the Accredited Luxury Home Specialist designation in the state of Georgia. She is also Managing Broker of a local Atlanta real brokerage, and has been licensed for 20 years.
A graduate from Georgia State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and designations from Toastmasters International means she is an effective communicator and will work in the best interest of her clients.
