As a result of COVID-19, the world of work as we know it has been turned upside down. Much of the country has at some point gone to one-hundred percent remote to slowly easing back into partial reopens. As such employees have relocated, both temporarily and some permanent. The need for leave has increased due to employees caring for themselves and family members. Childcare needs have also required shuffling schedules and expanded leave times.
