Managing Innovation

Presented by Chuck Mignosa, Master SSBB and CEO at Business Systems Architects,LLC

INNOVATION: What is it and how does it affect quality in our changing world.

Such are the speed and all-pervasive scope of change today, it is impossible to keep up. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly finding its way into many products and presents new challenges that the traditional tools of Quality are ill equipped to handle.

This presentation reviews how quality has evolved over the years and what new challenges have emerged. You will learn of the successes and failures of innovation through the lens of Einstein’s famous statement “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them”.

The dinner meeting will be held on Wednesday, 20 Sep 2017 from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM at:

Golden Gate University, Room 6208, 536 Mission St. (Between 1st and 2nd Sts.) San Francisco, CA 94105
