A TEDx speaker and Huffington Post blogger Anastasia Dedyukhina (pictured) will share tips that will help you be less stressed and more productive in an age of digital distractions. In the middle of a successful international career in digital marketing Anastasia gave up her smartphone to start a digital detox business Consciously Digital. She will explain what neuroscience says about the impact of tech on our brains, and show some techniques that companies use that make us addicted to our devices.
