Description

Change is unavoidable; yet, as much as we deal with it, it doesn’t seem to get any easier. We keep hearing the term “Change Management” (C.M.) – but what does it really mean? This session opens with the history of C.M. – how it started and its characteristics. The discussion then transitions into how individuals manage change on a personal level through a 4 step strategic approach and moves toward the opportunity and benefits of collaboration and growth related to change.

Team members within the workplace have varying personalities and perspectives. Conversations often become crucial: a discussion between people where stakes are high, options vary and emotions run strong. This session will equip you with the tools, like the power of dialogue, you can use to speak up and handle these conversations well.
