Sometimes positive relationships, supportive environments, and excellent teaching strategies still

aren’t enough to tame a child’s challenging behaviors. What’s a teacher to do then? Create a Positive

Behavior Support Plan. You’ll leave this session with a thorough understanding of the planning,

implementation, monitoring and evaluation necessary to create a successful Positive Behavior Support

Plan for any child who needs a little extra help learning acceptable behavior. PRE-REQUISITES: The

Power of Positive Relationships and The Environment As A Second Teacher and Teaching Strategies.

Accepted by DCDEE as 5 contact hours toward training requirements. (0.5 CEUs)
