Managing Burnout and Stress in Reproductive Health Care
Our May sessions on Managing Burnout and Stress in Reproductive Health Care will be led by Lizzi Kampf, MSW, LICSW. Lizzi Kampf, MSW, LICSW completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Women’s Studies from the University of St. Catherine, where she returned to pursue a masters degree in Clinical Social Work. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker she has practiced in medical settings including pediatric and adult clinics and hospitals, as well as government and non-profit settings. She has particular interest in child protection and child welfare, adolescent mental health, and reproductive psychology.
Identify and define key terms related to burnout and traumatic stress
Identify and discuss ways burnout presents in the context of providing reproductive health care and abortion and is affected by the political landscape
Learn and utilize strategies to identify, address, and prevent burnout
