Are you experiencing anxiety, uncertainty, or apprehension of the future? Whether you are feeling stuck, stagnant, unsettled, or a complete ball of nerves, this is the group for you. If you are looking for a safe place to process your fears, healthy ways to manage stress and anxiety, and connect with people who support you on your journey, please attend this group. In these uncertain times, we are all experiencing some level of anxiety and could use some extra support.
In this group, we will offer meditation, mindfulness, guided imagery, and other techniques to assist in finding inner peace. We will find safety and security within, as we become more conscientious of our own bodies, minds, and breath.
This is an invitation to network with like-minded people who can relate to similar situations, learn new coping techniques, develop a sense of inner peace, and become more conscious in an unconscious world. Please bring a friend!
