You will walk away with an understanding of how to:

  • List and define the six basic skills that are critical to the management of any small business

  • Define common business vocabulary terms

  • List and define three common types of credit that could help you finance a small business

About our volunteer course instructor:

Hannah Wang Lopez is part of the Small Business Relationship Banking group at Wells Fargo Bank where she coaches small business teams across the country to take better care of small business owners.

She introduces resources such as wellsfargoworks.com to aid her teams to help small business owners with things like writing a business plan, understanding their operating cycle and exploring marketing tactics.

Hannah has been with the bank since 2003 and has held positions as a branch manager and district manager prior to her current role in supporting small businesses. Hannah is a resident of San Jose and is a product of a small business household as her family operates a few restaurants around the bay area.
