This seminar will give you information on how the Systems are developed and how the various levels of management develop and implement the System and how you can develop documents that support and meet the management system.

The following will be covered:

Understanding how the Management System is structured and developed will help operations pass a corporate audit and give the local staff a basis to challenge findings if they feel that they are incorrect. By correcting misunderstandings before they become official findings a great deal of effort and work can be saved.

This seminar will also help you to prepare a regional or local audit to be able to test the Management System to see if it is working and make changes before an audit is conducted.
