What can I expect in terms of training style?

Our courses and training materials are high quality, practical, enjoyable and inclusive, based on tried and tested, evidence-based approaches. We focus on the most impactful and relevant skills and tools which can be applied in a wide range of situations.

How do you make your courses accessible?

Accepted Answer

We aim to make learning easy. We keep things simple, use images and stories, and provide time to ask questions and explore how the models apply to your situation. Materials are created with British Dyslexia Association guidelines and  ND learners in mind. Captions and transcript are enabled in Zoom.

Will I need to join in?

Accepted Answer

Yes - but you have choices about how to do this. You can contribute to group discussions, or listen more passively – whatever is most comfortable for you. Full joining info is shared 2 weeks ahead of the session, but if you have any specific questions about any aspect get in touch with us directly!

Who might this course suit best?

This course is designed for anyone who works with others, including as a line-manager, and wants to understand how neurodiversity impacts us in the workplace and support colleagues in an inclusive way.  We will explore both challenges and opportunities around ND at work.

Yes! We often run this course in-house (online or in-person) for groups of up to 20, please contact us for a chat about availability and prices.

Do you offer refunds or transfers?

Accepted Answer

We  are unable to offer a refund, unless the course is fully booked – in which case we are happy to refund costs, less the fees Eventbrite charges us. We are happy to accept requests to transfer to other courses/ dates received no later 4 weeks before the advertised date.
