Mastering branding online takes a lot more than just being on Facebook. Tips will be shared to help you understand how to play by a fresh new set of rules, including monitoring social media, finding and targeting conversations on line and understanding new ways to showcase your non profits best work using Twitter and Pinterest. This course will help participants understand the role of stories to drive the conversation needed to shape stakeholders’ perception of your brand. Attendees will also learn to create clear messages to promote stakeholder engagement and encourage donor support. Case studies showing best practices will be presented and discussed.
