You’re not alone. Such is the state of the modern world. Yet human energy is a critical resource. The strategies used to improve athletic performance can also be applied to managing energy in our personal lives. Learn how to train like an athlete to manage your energy physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

Facilitator: Anne Loehr, Consultant with Brad Sterl Associates

Anne managed and eventually owned international, eco-friendly hotels and safari companies for over 13 years after graduating from Cornell University’s Hotel School. She sold her hospitality businesses and became a Certified Executive Coach, facilitator, and management consultant. She has worked with Facebook, AstraZeneca, Merrill Lynch, American Red Cross, Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble and Williams-Sonoma. Anne’s work has been featured in Newsweek International, The Washington Post, The New York Times, National Geographic Traveler, Washingtonian, and CNN Money. She writes for Fast Company and the Huffington Post, and co-authored two management books: A Manager’s Guide to Coaching: Simple and Effective Ways to Get the Best Out of Your Employees and Managing the Unmanageable: How to Motivate Even the Most Unruly Employee.

NOTES:

  • There is a $90 materials and facilitation fee for this event which will be charged directly to your office/department cost center. An additional workshop fee will be charged for all registrations not canceled at least 72 hours before workshop.

  • Please use your Georgetown University email to register for this workshop.

  • Plan to arrive early to sign-in and enjoy the Continental Breakfast. The session starts at 9:00 AM.

  • Electronics are not allowed during the workshop. There will be a morning break to check messages and emails.
