Like rhythms in nature, there are rhythms in our body. As we grow, we fall out of these rhythms, and as a result, move away from being our natural selves. Come learn relaxing breathing techniques and know more about Sudarshan Kriya Yoga (SKY), a rbreathing technique taught in Happiness Program, that help restore our natural rhythms, de-stress as well as energize our body. This hour session includes understanding of stress/ anxiety, nature of the mind and how breathing techniques can help.

This session is an introduction to the Art of Living Happiness Program. The cornerstone of the Happiness Program is the Sudarshan Kriya, a breathing meditation technique that has provided powerful benefits [1] to millions of people globally.

We all know #stress. We have way too much to do and not enough time or energy to do it. There are tons of ways to relieve stress - exercise, a bubble bath, a massage, even getting drunk. However, the stress comes back, and we feel the same. So, now what?

We’re doing something right now that has been proven to relieve stress sustainably when done skillfully -- BREATHING.
