Treat your Valentine to a memorable evening at the Museum. Savor a special three-course dinner, and experience the romance of Bouguereau & America.
First Course, choice of:
Mussels with wine, tomatoes, herbs, and a baguette
Steak Tartare with an egg, shallot, cornichon, and black pepper cracker
Beet Napoleon with chèvre, honey, citrus, and balsamic “caviar” (V, GF)
Porcini-and-Pecan Pâtè with miso, tomatoes, and a baguette (Vegan)
Second Course, choice of:
Portabella Steak with sweet potato, avocado, tomato, and sweet peppers (Vegan, GF)
Duck a l’Orange with white wine, turnip puree, and brussels sprouts (GF)
Veal Fillet with peppercorn blend, cognac, aligot potato, heirloom carrots, and honey (GF)
Scallops with forbidden rice, lemongrass, ginger, yuzu “caviar,” and pea tendrils
Third Course, choice of:
Gilded Chocolate Mousse Cake with cayenne and mangoes (V)
Strawberries and Champagne with vanilla and white chocolate (V, GF)
Schaum Torte with vanilla, passionfruit, and macadamia nuts (GF)
