The O'Brien Dennis Initiative will be schowing a screening of

OWN Network - Iyanla Fix My Life - Childhood Rape: Male Survivors, Part 1 & 2 Season 4 Episode 413
Aired on 10/07/2017 & 10/14/2017

Overview

In Part 1 of this two-part episode, Iyanla works with five men who were sexually abused as children, helping them stand in their truth so that they can finally begin to move forward with their lives. The group hopes to overcome the shame of their abuse and face their trauma head-on, but one-member refuses to participate in the process, placing everyone's healing in jeopardy.

For all five of these courageous men—Cory, 43, Dennis, 36, Eugene, 35, Ricardo, 28, and DeAndré, 27—breaking the silence is the key to moving past the pain. However, one member of the group places everyone's healing in jeopardy when he refuses to participate in the process.
