Making Your Mark in Meetings equips participants with the skills to ensure they are a positive presence during meetings. It introduces delegates to preparation and delivery techniques that will make them more visible and effective meetings members. Whether offering a contribution via Zoom or answering questions in a face-to-face meeting setting, the webinar imparts tips that will help delegates become clear, concise and useful contributors.
Outcomes
By the end of the webinar, delegates will know how to:
• Make pre-meeting small talk so they feel comfortable and have forged connections before the meeting actually begins
• Handle questions calmly, succinctly and intelligently

• Manage interruptions and rude behaviour
About Emma Taylor
The session is delivered by Emma, a public speaking and voice coach with over 15 years’ experience. She trains a diverse range of clients (lawyers to priests; MPs to entrepreneurs) in groups and on a one-to-one basis.
She trained as an actor at The Welsh College of Music and Drama and, alongside her coaching, she also writes TV drama. Her clients benefit greatly from the practical and effective writing, acting and vocal tips she imparts.
