Course Description:
Treatment time is very limited for the EI clinician. This session will focus on developing creative ways to efficiently utilize a short treatment session using the International Classification of Functioning (ICF) as a framework for decision making. Based on the most current literature relating to motor learning principles and using clinical reasoning skills. Participants will make “every minute count”.

-Develop creative and effective ways to utilize a short treatment session.
-Utilize the International Classification of Functioning (ICF) as a framework for effective treatment sessions

About the Speaker
Julianne Costa, OTR/L, DPT, is a master clinician who specializes in the treatment of children from the NICU through school age. Her creativity, deep theoretical knowledge and passion for teaching and passing along her skill set to others, has made her a sought-after lecturer, supervisor, and mentor within the domain of early intervention. She currently serves as Clinical Director of Therapeutic Resources, along with a variety other challenging roles within the early intervention and pediatric community.

In lieu of a monetary refund, Therapeutic Resources also offers a credit for the full amount paid up until 5 days before the event. No refunds or credits are offered after the day of the course. If course is canceled by Therapeutic Resources due to low registration, illness or cancellation of instructor, or inclement weather. Therapeutic Resources will refund the full amount paid for the course.
