Event description

Description

A Multi-Sensory exploratory workshop for children with additional needs

Explore a world of sound and texture with a selection of furry, feathery and bony animals loaned by the Booth Museum of Natural History. We'll be talking about our favourite animals of all shapes and sizes, and everyone will make their own animal puppet friend to take home.

Led by Nadya Derungs from Tangerine Arts, whose practice explores wellbeing using mindfulness and multi-sensory art materials.

Suitable for ages 5 - 16.

We recommend booking in advance for this event as places are limited.

Bookings can also be made in during gallery opening hours by speaking to a member of the gallery team or at the Fabrica office on Mondays/Tuesdays 10am - 4pm.

Cancellations are fully refundable up to one week before the event (non-refundable thereafter).
