The beneficial bacteria we receive from fermented foods is essential for our overall wellness. Many traditional cultures know this and include foods such as sauerkraut, kim-chi, and kombucha (Juhn) in their diet. In this class you shall learn a simple and effective way to make each of these delicious foods.
Matthew Sherrill is a graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute in NYC, where he specialized in Raw Foods. While attending the Institute, he became intrigued and inspired by living foods and their positive effects on mind, body and spirit. He also had the gift of apprenticing under Dr. David Jubbs, Ph.D., a molecular biologist and live foods specialist, where he learned about integrative raw foods nutrition. He also interned at Pure Food and Wine, NYC's premier organic, raw foods restaurant. Matthew presently has a word of mouth local food business called "Santa Fe Living Foods" where he makes and sells delicious live foods. He is a also massage therapist and energy healer and peddles Vitamix Blenders.
