Event description

Description

WE ARE BACK!!!

The inability to make friends with your Shame and Guilt might be the one thing that is holding you back from living fully and in full expression. Come join us for a heart opening experience where your belief systems and choices get re-examined and rewritten.

How many times do you find yourself holding back because of what someone else or the world might think?

How would you like to rewire your neural pathways for pleasure instead of pain, shame, blame, and fear?

How much energy do we lose by holding on to shameful moments, and how much of ourselves do we spend in clutching onto our guilt ridden conscience.

Why is it we often find ourselves dimming our own light, fearing of "being too much" or too expressive, fearing of shining full force?

How often do we long to silence or make peace with all of the "should's" in our psyche? The meaning, perceptions, filters we put on events could just as easily be kind, compassionate, accepting instead of critical.

WE alone get to decide on our values in any situation, with awareness, we can really question everything we have been taught, everything we "know" and especially everything that society, our parents, religious leaders, teachers, friends have "gifted" us with.

Come and explore deep states of peace, bliss and creativity. Witness and feel how the divine plays as yourself and others...

Let Peter Petersen, Michael McDonald, and Monique Darling take you on a journey beyond words, to the depth and quality that come from the space of silence that is often covered up with what we are saying (or not saying to to each other.....
This will be an interactive/experiential evening, diving into ice breakers, meditation, dance, sound/singing, and the curious place of awe, wonder, and adoration of another that can only come when we dare to tap into the vulnerability underneath the words/labels/patterns we are holding one another to.

Begin to loosen the shackles binding your heart and tongue. Find your divine reflection through each person you interact with. Emerge transformed as you witness and are witnessed with clarity and unconditional love. Begin to connect with others with wonder, curiosity and utter awareness. Celebrate the divine presence within all!

Through theory, through many different paired and mini group activities, different scenarios to get you in touch with where shame and guilt are coming up in your life and ways you can embrace it, express it and ultimately accept it.

Your shame will actually be given a voice and its wisdom be able to be shared with the group.

Come tonight with an open heart and a willingness, a longing to bring your stories into the light, so that they can stop running you away from your shadow.

Love Exchange $25 prepaid $30 at the door (if there are spots left)
