Description

Instructor: Karen Houston, Museum Curator at the Woodstock Museum National Historic Site

The ancient art of hand-dipping candles- repeatedly dipping a wick in melted beeswax- remains unchanged today. In this workshop two candles are dipped at once, one at each end of a long wick. Candles are a beautiful and universal symbol for the season and functional art.
