Description

Making Complete Streets a Reality: Local Lessons Learned

This course will lead participants through the process of implementing a Complete Streets policy, based on the experiences of Dutchess County’s Complete Streets Committee and the Town of Fishkill. It will include a short introduction to the concept of Complete Streets, and an overview of the County’s policy and project review checklist.

Using case studies from Dutchess County, Emily will focus on how municipalities can use such a checklist to review and improve local projects.
