10:45 - 12:00 - “Customer Service is Businessas Unusual: A New Way of Seeing Quality”
12:00 - 1:00 p.m. - Lunch is included in the fee. If you need a vegetarian meal or have any other special needs for lunch, please indicate on your registration form.
1:00 - 2:45 p.m. - “Managing Competing Imperatives: Factors that Most Influence Outcomes”
2:45 - 3:00 p.m. - Break
3:00 - 4:00 p.m. - “Responding in New Ways to Some Challenging Situations”
4:00 p.m. - CEU’s and CPDU’s will be provided at the end of the training. To receive CPDU’s, you must sign in at the beginning of the training and complete the Evaluation Form at the end of the day. To receive CEU’s, you sign in and must be present to pick up your certificate at the end of the seminar.
