Welcome to the Philadelphia Women's Network Connection. PWNC is about helping local business women build their business, connect with like-minded individuals and benefit from shared resources.

We invite you to MEDWEEK, what is MEDWEEK you say? Minority Enterprise Development (MED) Week highlights minority businesses and the resources that help them grow. Throughout the week, organizations from across the region will host events focused on this year’s theme, “Moving the Needle.” The events will be for a full week in October 7 - 11, 2019 and they will go from 8am - 8pm in the evening. These events are open to everyone, especially those who are looking for resources to grow their businesses.

The panel will be moderated by none other then Felicia Phillips CEO of Through His Eyes LLC, Author, International Speaker and Coach. We have an awesome evening planned.

We want to awaken your awareness as to why " Making Millennials A Part Of Your Dream Team " not only necessary, but almost crucial in helping your business grow. They have the technology, the vision, the know how and let's face it they will be the one's leading the future and they have a lot to offer and a lot to "bring to the table"

About Quandell Iglesia:

Founder & CEO SNJ Millennials

Quandell Iglesia is a young and motivated businessman who inspires those around him to pursue their dreams and reminds them to give back to society. At the age of 16, Iglesia found himself frustrated in the fast food business, and felt he was not being used to his fullest potential.

Iglesia is also the founder and president of SNJ Millennials, a nonprofit organization that was launched in September 2017 to introduce young professionals to new business networks. It provides the appropriate tools to those individuals, so they are fully equipped for their future endeavors. This includes, workshops, networking mixers and business educational resources for young business professionals.

Quandell Iglesia is the 2019-21 elected New Jersey Young Democrats - Southern Vice President. The New Jersey Young Democrats are a chartered unit of the Young Democrats of America and represent Democrats under the age of 36 in the State of New Jersey.

Iglesia was recently featured in South Jersey Biz’s “20 Under 40” for 2019, Suburban Family Magazine as a “Star Citizen”, “Names to Know” in South Jersey by South Jersey Magazine, Newspaper Media Group’s front cover, South Jersey Federal Credit Union's 2018 Spring Magazine and was the youngest recipient who received the SNJ Business People "40 Under 40" Award.

In addition, he also received Entrepreneur of the Year by the Vineland African American Community Development Corporation, the 2018 Young Professionals Leadership Award by the Burlington County Regional Chamber of Commerce, Spirit of Community: Bob Shryock Award by the Volunteer Center of South Jersey, Entrepreneurial Artist Award in Photography, Rotary Youth Leadership Award and New Jersey DECA February Member of the Month.

About Kris Mendoza

Founder & Executive Producer, Maestro Filmworks

Kris Mendoza is the Executive Producer at Maestro Filmworks, an award winning production company he founded in 2005.

Kris studied filmmaking as an undergrad at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and furthered his studies by earning his MBA from The Wharton School of Business, with a double concentration on Entrepreneurship & Innovation and Organizational Effectiveness.

Kris has produced hundreds of projects ranging from corporate, commercial, narrative, and documentary in nature, and continues to serve clients ranging from Fortune 100 brands to startups to non-profits and NGOs.

Currently, Kris serves on the board of the Pennsylvania Film Industry Association, the advisory board of PHL Diversity, and is a Film Industry Partner at the Greater Philadelphia Film Office.

On his free time, Kris trains for and competes in endurance events and is a 7x marathon finisher and a 2x Ironman triathlon finisher. He currently resides in Philadelphia with his wife, Melodee, their son Leo and their English bulldog, Maximus.
