I designed some cards with inspiration for self care ideas to use with my clients. They are simple reminders ot things they can do when they need to take a few moments to care for themselves. As part of my Self Care September workshops I thought it would be lovely to get you creating your own. Being creative is one way I love to de-stress. You don't need to be artistic to take part. We will discuss the different ways we can bring self care into our busy lives and then using mixed media, paint, paper, pencils anything you like create cards that will help you nurture yourself during anxiety, stress or overwork.
