Motor Supply Co. Bistro

Known for Executive Chef Tim Peters' tight relationship with sustainable, local farms,  Motor Supply Co. Bistro is popular with legislators, executives, the creative class, young professionals, movers and shakers, ladies who lunch, hipster bar diners and anyone who is down with excellent wines and a chef-driven menu in Columbia, SC.

“It's a no-brainer for us to choose small, sustainable farms like Wil-Moore and Caw Caw Creek for our chicken, lamb, and pork, for example,” says Peters.” It's not just that they treat their animals humanely -- the actual product tastes miles better than what you get from mass-production suppliers."

Motor Supply Co. Bistro has been serving New World, made-from-scratch cuisine in the Vista since 1989. Reservations can be made by calling (803)256-6687 or by visiting http://motorsupplycobistro.com.
