Event Details

Join us at Make The Case For Kids, a dynamic night of drinks and dazzling creativity to raise money for Open Books' literacy programs AND to create inspiring bookcases to be filled with age-appropriate books and placed in CPS classrooms across the city as lending libraries.

Bring a team and compete for an amazing shopping spree at the award-winning Open Books store, or come as a spectator and cast your vote to help decide the winners. The evening will include refreshments (school lunch classics!)drinks, and a raffle! (For a list of raffle prizes, please click here.)

After the event, Open Books will fill the finished bookcases with children's books and donate them to Chicago classrooms through our Book Worm Angels program.
