Event description

Description

Onion Bhajis, when made fresh, are amazing, spicy, succulent and tasty. Accompany with some fresh 'coriander' chutney and cucumber and yoghurt raita and you have a meal.

This cooking class will introduce you to some traditional Indian spices and show you how to make a fresh chickpea batter (great for gluten free eaters) as well as showing you some super quick fresh chutneys and accompaniments you can whip up quickly and impress your friends.

We will also show you some super quick fresh chutneys and accompaniments that you can whip up quickly to impress your friends.

Bhajis are the perfect party food, are easy to whip up at short notice.

We will cook up a huge batch and sit down and gobble them up, together. After all food is social! This class is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Pamela your teacher has loved Indian food all her life, she has visited India many times and loves street food.
