Five finalists will pitch for $5,000 cash prize awarded by judges Nick Devane of Brooklyn Foodworks; J.J. Kasper of Blue Seed Collective; Chris Manca from Whole Foods; John Stage, Founder of Dinosaur Bar-B-Que; Dale Talde, Chef and Founder of Three Kings Restaurant Group; and Eve Torrow Paul, author and advisor.
