A Ceremony of Transformation
Create a relationship with your shadow—honor, appreciate, and learn from it!
When you transform your personal shadows, release the density they carry, and step into your wholeness more fully, you build resilience, balance, and courage to act in the face of craziness.
In this potent ceremony—which comes from a traditional Cambodian practice—you will meet the spirit of your shadow and ask what it has to teach you. You'll ask to see how to make a little clay figure to represent your shadow. You'll learn how to make an altar for it and ways to acknowledge and honor it.
By daily honoring your shadow representation, thanking it for its lessons, and reminding it that it is no longer inside you, transformation occurs.
This ceremony is a powerful way to address your internal demons—shadow issues like anxiety, self-loathing, and judgment—so you don't add to the vitriol. It's powerful as well as for cultural shadow issues of race, gender, and belonging.
