• use behaviour change techniques and tools
• practice skills applied to difficult conversations

£25 for non members, partners (including statutory) and out of area organisations

Booking and Payment

We offer 2 places per organisation and if any further places are required we hold these on a waiting list and will inform the organisation nearer the time if there are spacaes available. If a participant is unable to come to a session, it is a requirement to de-register on Eventbrite. This allows another person to take a place. Should de-register fall within 3 days of a session for which an organisation has paid, payment will be held by VAAC to cover our costs.
If payment is not received for training, an invoice will be sent out by our administrator.
