Using ingredients you know and recognize, Lori will guide you through the process of creating classic dry good mixes that are staples of most family's pantries.

During class, you will taste and make a variety of mixes and take home small samples of each. You will get recipes and all the secrets Lori has learned through the years of creating shortcuts for her kitchen while feeding her family healthy foods!

In this make-a-mix class, you will make:

1. Cream of 'whatever' soup

2. Baking mix (like bisquick)

3. Herbed rice mix (like Rice A Roni)

4. Bread Mix

5. Ranch Dressing Mix

6. Taco Seasoning

This class will require some hands-on work.

*Register early!! Classes have both minimum and maximum numbers, and classes may be cancelled or rescheduled due to low enrollment.
