Description

This session will introduce you to the options to explore when refinancing to remove a spouse from the deed, when and how to use alimony or child support to qualify for a loan, and what type of verification documentation is necessary. We will also discuss housing options in the Triangle area – condos / townhomes/ etc., what each of those options may represent in terms of upkeep for the newly single parent, and moving to a new area and housing prices in each of those areas.
