Folks, I am a Personal Trainer and Health Coach looking to SPREAD THE HEALTH! If you and/or someone you know struggles with Winter Weight Gain and Stress during the months of November-January, then you need to join this challenge. Each day, do SOMEthing to aid in your health and overall mental wellness. (there is a calendar posted to the Mirror Image Lifestyle Fitness page, so be sure to go it and LIKE it for up to the minute tips and tricks for health!!)
This Challenge will keep you active, challenged and on track to make it through the New Year. MY goal is to have AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE not need a New Year's Resolution to lose weight! I want you to have fun, indulge and celebrate with friends, family and co-workers this season, but I also want you to be proactive in your HEALTH AND OVERALL MENTAL WELLNESS.
