This training will make you one of the first professionals to receive advanced technical training on the operation, installation, diagnostics, and maintenance of this new system.

In addition to the M40, you will receive comprehensive training on the entire MAHLE X family of products, including the latest releases:

  • The new ultra-compact XS system — ideal for kids’, lightweight, and urban bikes.
  • The upgraded, award-winning X20 system in its 2nd Generation version, now with major improvements in performance, connectivity, and efficiency
  • We’ll also review and answer questions about the X30 and X35 systems, as well as the entire MAHLE SmartBike Systems digital ecosystem.

Frequently asked questions

What’s the difference between the physical and digital documentation ticket?

The physical ticket includes one bound training dossier with over 400 pages of exclusive technical content. The digital option offers the same material in digital format — ideal for reducing paper use or for workshops sending multiple attendees or not needing physical copies.

Can I switch from a digital to a physical ticket during the training?

No. Due to organizational and logistical reasons, it’s not possible to change the ticket format during the event. The physical material (one ring-bound dossier with over 400 pages) is only handed out to those who purchased the physical ticket in advance, and it will not be sent afterwards.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can change the attendee’s name if you’re unable to attend. Simply log into your Eventbrite account from a computer, go to your order, and edit the attendee information before the event.

What if I arrive late?

No worries. If you’re just a few minutes late, you’ll still be able to join the session. If you already know in advance you won’t be able to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.

Is this training only for mechanics?

It’s primarily intended for mechanics and technicians, but it’s also highly useful for shop managers or team leads who want to better understand the technology and improve post-sales service.

Are there any additional costs?

No. The registration fee includes all materials, the full training session, coffee break, and lunch. No extra costs will be charged.

Will there be reserved parking for attendees?

There is no reserved parking. We recommend checking available options near the venue in advance. MAHLE does not cover parking costs.

What should I bring on the day of the event?

You only need your digital ticket. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early so we can start promptly at 9:00 a.m.

Can I buy tickets for multiple dates in one order?

Each ticket is linked to a specific date. If you wish to attend on different dates or in different cities, you must place separate orders.

My discount code isn’t working. What should I do?

Make sure there are no typos or extra spaces when entering the code. If the issue persists, contact us and we’ll help you resolve it.

Will I receive a certificate at the end of the training?

Yes. Upon completing the training, you’ll receive an official certificate recognizing you as a Certified PRO Dealer by MAHLE SmartBike Systems.

Can I apply a promo code when purchasing my ticket?

Yes. Once you select your preferred date and location, you’ll see an option to enter a promo code before finalizing your order.

When will I receive the invoice for my purchase?

The invoice will be issued only after the training. In some cases, we may contact you to request tax details to complete the invoice.
