More info
This show is a part of SPACE 101.1 FM’s Magnuson Park Live! series. These sessions are small, cozy, acoustic-ish performances by some of our favorite local musicians. You can see videos of our previous Magnuson Park Live! shows on our YouTube channel (and we'd be so grateful if you would click the "subscribe" for our channel).
The show and taping will take place in the The Outer SPACE Lounge in Building 138 in Magnuson Park. The SPACE studio and lounge are located on the north side of the gatehouse to Magnuson Park off of NE 74th street. The location is on the first floor and there are some steps to enter the building. Unfortunately the building does not have ADA access.
The evening's schedule:
6:30pm: PRE-SHOW REFRESHMENTS
- Registered guests are welcome to join us in the show space for light refreshments.
7pm: SHOWTIME - don't be late!
- Taping will begin promptly at 7pm. There are only a handful of seats available along the back wall of the performance space and the show will probably be best viewed standing. The performance will last around 30-45 minutes.
Please note:
- We will adhere to WA State & King County health guidelines. See the Updated Public Health Safety Info on the King County website. Thanks for helping keep our community safe!
- This performance will be video recorded.
- By registering and attending this event you consent to the Sand Point Arts and Cultural Exchange’s use of your visual likeness in any materials associated with this production.
- We love young children and pets - but we ask that you leave them with a sitter at home.
- We have a limited number of tickets available. Spots are first-come, first-served.
Thank you for reading our "please note" section all the way to the end!

About Samantha McKaige
Samantha McKaige is a guitar playing, Americana-singing, folk loving songwriter from Seattle. She takes inspiration from the woods and peaks of the Pacific Northwest, the beaches of Northern California, and the rivers of the Rockies.
Samantha is pursuing songwriting at Berklee College of Music in Boston, where she has released her debut Album, Bury Me Please in the Puget Sound, a collection of songs written from the grass and the sand of Washington's San Juan Islands. She also recently released an alt-folk EP called "After You Left Me", a three part story about the loss, leaving, and freedom of a failed relationship.
Samantha's journeys and heartaches have inspired her lyrics, and her eclectic sound reflects her musical influences.
