About this event
"It's elementary, dear Watson!" Join Tulsa Garden Club in celebrating National Garden Week (NGW is June 5-11, 2022). This day trip leaves from Tulsa Garden Center to parts unknown to explore gardening delights.
8:30am from Tulsa Garden Center, 2435 South Peoria Avenue. Come early to board bus for driveable destinations.

$50 per person includes travel via coach charter bus with restroom and refreshments en route, entrance to secret gardening locations PLUS meeting new friends and renewing friendships on this fun adventure.
Dutch treat lunch at a super-secret (and beloved) Oklahoma landmark.
Dress for Oklahoma's fickle weather and for walking in various terrains, i.e. comfy shoes/boots, raingear, sun hat, sunscreen, layers...
Bring:
- cash, credit card. We WILL stop at secret locations where you WILL want to bring home goodies. The bus will hold purchases below deck.
- covered drink container, if you would like.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? Typically, participants in Tulsa Garden Club's gardening education day trips are adults, ages 21+
Do I bring my printed ticket to the event? Yes, please. Day trip Chair will be in touch with you prior to June 7, yet your printed ticket will be appreciated.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? Arrive early to park (select a spot away from the main entrance) at Tulsa Garden Center. Leave no valuables in sight and lock doors.
Yes, we will comply with local health and safety protocols! Tulsa Garden Club and garden/homeowners are in tune with the fluid nature of the COVID-19 pandemic. Tulsa Garden Club and our secret locations cannot accept liability for exposures yet will abide by City of Tulsa ordinances and Tulsa County Health Department recommendations for a healthy and safe experience.
What may I bring into the event? Leave big purses and backpacks in your vehicle; you may bring covered drinks and cameras (please, no food/drink or photo/videography inside the homes), and a pen to jot notes on your printed Official Tour Guide. Dress for the Oklahoma outdoors. There is no rain date--the "Tour must go on" regardless of our fickle, wacky weather. Remember appropriate footwear for walking, potential elevation changes and unpaved, mulched or stone pathways.
Can I update my registration information? Log back in to your Eventbrite profile and update.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? Security and hospitality are key to a safe and enjoyable day trip. Please communicate directly with the day trip Chair of any changes to your reservation. You may add notes/update your Tour ticket purchase to share the names of those joining you, or receiving your gift or attending in your place!

What's the refund policy? This day trip is a gardening education project presented by Tulsa Garden Club. Charter bus and our secret locations require payments up front. Partial refund before June 2. No refund after June 2. Tulsa Garden Club is a 501(c)(3) subsidiary of Oklahoma Garden Clubs, Inc. While the Club and our secret locations make every effort to present the Tour, it is not possible to offer a rain date.
