The April Chamber lunch will be on April 19 at FiftyForward Madison Station (301 Madison Street). This is beside Amqui Station, just behind the Madison Library.

April will now feature an update on residential and commercial property trends in the Madison area, including a short overview of the Madison Square plans, trends in residential and commercial properties, and funding opportunities through THDA, which will be released with an RSVP link in a separate email this week.
