Come to downtown Marshall, NC for an evening that is sure to delight the senses, and leave you wanting more of the "Jewel of the Blue Ridge."

On May 4th, The Community Housing Coalition of Madison County will present “Madison MayFest: A Night at ReClaim” a unique and unexpected fundraiser event inside a historic warehouse – staged and ready to whisk our guests back in time!

Buy tickets and join us in ReClaim Madison: Salvage & Hardware, formerly the Coal, Feed and Lumber Store, and imagine being in an early 20th century social club - with live music to match!

GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET includes:

  • Scrumptious food – catered by the Colorful Palate served at stations throughout the venue!

  • Your choice of libations, including beer and wine (ID required), non-alcoholic beverages, Buchi Kombucha, Davis Coffee

  • Live music throughout the evening from Steve Davidowski and Melody King, creating a soundscape straight out of the early 20th century!

  • Interactive fun exploring the space, searching for “Jewels of the Blue Ridge” in the nooks and crannies of ReClaim Madison as we take “treasure hunt” to the next level

Note: Although ReClaim Madison has a sturdy stairway to the top floor, the Upstairs of the venue is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible and not recommended for those who have difficulty climbing stairs.

Steve Davidowski, Madison County’s master musician of Dixie Dregs fame, will tickle the ivorys, with the evening’s focus on sounds of the 20s, 30s and 40s (and maybe a little improv just for fun)!

Melody King, will take us all back with classic standards, instrumental jazz, cabaret, and show tunes, bringing to mind the music that made Billie Holiday, Peggy Lee, Rosemary Clooney, Ella Fitzgerald and Ray Charles famous!

Brick Factory: Artist and visionary, Josh Copus, will install his Brick Factory at ReClaim, where guests can customize handmade bricks - an open canvas for your self-expression. Customize a brick and get a "Community" brick in return!

Join CHC on a quest for the “Jewels of the Blue Ridge.” Not-your-typical treasure hunt, go on a self-guided tour of ReClaim Madison exploring the nooks and crannies with clues that could lead you to special prizes. Compete with other guests to be the winner of a valuable prize!

Expert pairings of fine local wines from Addison Farms Vineyard, specially selected gourmet chocolates from Good Cheer Chocolates, and small batch hand-roasted coffees from Davis Coffee Roasters, led by Madison County wine aficionado and expert, Peter Fland, who will lead 60 guests (in groups of 20) on a taste tour with a little something extra.
