In honor of Black History Month, Macy’s, The Gordon Parks Foundation and American Black Film Festival celebrate the 100th birthday of Black American Icon, Gordon Parks.
Celebrate the life of Gordon Parks by viewing iconic images in our photographic art installation featuring some of his most beloved works, such as American Gothic, Washington D.C. 1942 during the month of February on the 3rd Floor!
Join us “In Conversation” with actor Eriq LaSalle and actress Kim Coles for a spirited discussion moderated by Renel Brooks-Moon on Gordon Park’s influence on film and the future of African American cinema. Following the discussion, enjoy live performances, refreshments and makeovers by Bobbi Brown. Plus, with any $50 or more purchase that day, receive an autographed copy of Eriq LaSalle's book "Laws of Depravity" and a commemorative Gordon Parks journal.
