Macy's Announces June Events at San Diego School of Cooking

A Rose is a Rose, Taste of the Farm, and The Upper Cut
Who/What: For June, the School of Cooking, located at Macy’s Mission Valley Home Store, presents three new classes: Lisa Redwine hosts “A Rose is a Rose”; Guest chef Jeff Rossman hosts “Taste of the Farm”; Chef Bernard presents “The Upper Cut: Let’s Talk Beef”.
Reservations are not required. Admission to a class is a $5 donation which benefits the San Diego Food Bank.
When: Saturday, June 25, Noon: Chef Bernard presents Pancetta Wrapped Brandt Beef Filet Mignon with Leek-Asparagus Gateau and Tart Cherry Zinfandel Pepper Sauce.
