Discover the world of Macro Photography.

Join JPI for a macro photo walk to Robinson Preserve. You'll wander through the mangroves and tidal marshes with Foto Dono. Armed with a macro lens, a tripod and a water bottle, you'll explore the ability to make photographs of small items larger than life size.

For all levels of photographers on practical macro tips on equipment, composition and depth-of-field.

Equipment - You'll need an interchangeable lens camera (ILC), a tripod and a macro lens. Optional macro accessories: macro filters, reversing rings or a lenses with macro like capabilities. Optional tripod accessories for use in macro photography: a focusing rail, an "L" bracket and a bean bag. Bring a bottle of water and a decent pair of walking shoes. Wear a light jacket for the morning, if chilly. Also, some set-ups maybe easier with a portable stool to sit on.

Fee - $75 - Park fee not included.
