Online registration is closed, please register on-site
Caught in the maelstrom of daily life, we tend to forget which is more important,
getting the day’s jobs done or cultivating our health, wellness and happiness. Choose
the latter as you join friends, family and other women to share in Mackinac Islands
Women, Wellness Weekend and a Wee Bit of Wine Weekend.
This weekend was created out of a conversation on wellness by many like-minded
women on Mackinac Island. They felt it was time to offer a getaway that was relaxing
and educational at the same time. The ideas began to flow over the winter and the
committee thought it wise to bring in a variety of speakers to touch on topics including
health, nutrition, exercise, aging and more these themes along with the the ways in
which to incorporate them to achieve a balanced life.
We welcome you to this gathering and hope you will take the time to hear from the
presenters along with taking time to enjoy the island attractions, dining, shopping, great
outdoors, music and nightlife only found here on Mackinac Island.
