This workshop has been designed based on the feedback of industry and will provide insights into lean thinking and the challenges of sustainably improving your business’ operational performance.

It is known that lean concepts are powerful tools to increase productivity, improve quality, and encourage employee engagements whilst minimising waste and reducing business costs.

This workshop will demonstrate the value of implementing lean to your business and identify an approach that will ensure you maximise the rate of change and return on investment in your business.

The event will incorporate a practical simulation that will demonstrate the indisputable value of lean manufacturing applied to SME manufacturers and distributors.

All participants will be leave with tangible actions that they can implement immediately, and be provided with a library of resources to guide them through their journey.

This event is designed for 2-3 key personnel from each business, including the business owner and/or manager to attend the two-day workshop.
